TÜYİD is one of the initial members of the Global IR Network (GIRN), which gathers IR associations around the world under one roof with a goal to globally develop the IR profession. Ian Matheson, Chairman of the Board of GIRN, has indicated that GIRN at the outset has 23 member associations and that it will continue to expand with new members from other countries.

Current members in alphabetical order are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brasil, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

GIRN members target the establishment of international standards for investor relations practices and to achieve perfection for the investor relations profession through comparisons among its member network and by best practices studies.
