Investor Relations, Enterprise Risk and Corporate Governance Professional 

With over 20 years of experience in capital markets and finance, Levent Bayar is a distinguished leader specializing in strategic investor relations, corporate governance, risk management, and equity research.

Bayar began his career as a Management Trainee (MT) at Denizbank. Between 2005 and 2016, he served as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at HSBC Securities for over a decade. During this tenure, he managed an extensive portfolio covering critical sectors—including energy, banking, REITs, insurance, and telecommunications—across Turkey and the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.

In 2016, he transitioned to the corporate side at Sabancı Holding, where he undertook the roles of Investor Relations Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for the Energy, Retail, and Insurance functions. Joining Tüpraş in 2018 as Investor Relations Manager, Bayar has served as Group Director since 2023, leading the company’s Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Corporate Risk, and Insurance Management functions.

He holds a B.A. in Economics (English) from Marmara University.
