The MoU covers the cooperation between Parties for establishment of 2020 Turkish Annual General Meeting  Season Review Report (“Report”). It is expected that the Report will be finalized by the end of September 2021 and presented to the public in in the third or fourth quarter of 2021. Following the release of the Report, the Parties intend to expand their cooperation to cover various mutually agreed Investor Relations projects in Turkey, where Morrow Sodali would offer international know-how and experience and TUYID would bring their expertise on the domestic market and facilitate access to relevant stakeholders.
