Paksoy Law Firm Partner

Ömer Çollak is the partner heading the capital markets practice at Paksoy, a leading full-service law firm based in Istanbul. He represents clients on debt and equity transactions, regulatory capital issuances under Basel III, structured finance and listed company mergers and acquisitions in financial and retail sector. Prior to joining to Paksoy in 2003, he worked for three years as a foreign associate at a US firm in California. Mr Çollak received his LL.B from Marmara University School of Law, and received his LL.M form Golden Gate University School of Law in California, USA. Mr Çollak is a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Istanbul Bar Association, and Darüşşafaka Society, the umbrella organisation of his alma mater.
