Sule Korkmaz has been working in capital markets for more than 30 years. She provides consultancy services on compliance with capital market regulations, IPO and corporate governance.

She started her career in 1986 at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. She worked in CMB as Assistant Expert, Expert, Senior Expert and Head of Enforcement Department between 1986-2016. She joined Eczacıbaşı Holding Co. in 2016 as Capital Markets Director.

Sule Korkmaz worked as capital markets director at Eczacıbaşı Holding until July 2023 and then served as capital markets advisor until January 2024.
She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics. After receiving her MBA degree, she   completed her PhD program in Economics at Istanbul University  in 2016.
