Bank of America EEMEA Equity Sales Director & Head of Turkish Equity Sales

Seda Karsit Tiryaki is a Director responsible for Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa Equity Sales (EEMEA) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In her dual role capacity, she is the Head of Turkish Equity Sales, a position she has held since 2011. Seda has more than 18 years of experience in banking. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Seda worked at EFG Istanbul Securities as a senior equity sales person (2005-2011) and worked at Bank of America as an Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Derivatives sales person (2001-2005).
Seda graduated with honours from Boston University with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and a minor in Economics. She then completed her MS degree at Bentley College in Global Financial Analysis. Seda is a CFA® Charterholder and is entitled to several securities licenses from US, UK and Turkish Capital Markets Authorities. She is an active member at CFA Institute and CFA Istanbul Society. Seda and her team was ranked #1 at Institutional Investor EEMEA survey for 8 years out of the last 10 years and nominated ‘Best Sales Team’ award by TUYID in Dec 2017. Seda is married with 2 children.
