Şişecam Corporate Governance and Compliance Coordinator

Başak Öge joined Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. (“Şişecam”) in 2010 as the Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager where she executed long term financing transactions such as Eurobond, project finance, syndication loans and ECAs with banks and multilaterals for the group companies across multiple countries of operations. In her role, she also managed and coordinated the investor relations activities for the bond and equity investors for the parent company Şişecam and its 4 listed subsidiaries. As of January 2016, Başak Öge was appointed as the Investor Relations Director at Şişecam to coordinate the relationship with the fixed-income and equity investors, buy-side & sell-side analysts as well as the rating agencies, represented the franchise in international investor conferences and roadshows. Since January 2020, Öge has served as Şişecam Corporate Governance and Compliance Coordinator.
Prior to joining Şişecam, she held various managerial roles in corporate finance, treasury, trade finance and securities departments of Corporate & Investment Banking division at Citigroup in Turkey.
