Selin Sanver Nasuhoğlu graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Economics and began her professional career as a Credit Analyst at IBM Türk. She subsequently earned her Master’s degree from Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY).
During her graduate studies, she served as a teaching assistant to two professors at the university and gained experience as a Corporate Governance Ratings Analyst at Governance Metrics International.
Upon returning to Turkey, she advanced her career as a Corporate Marketing Analyst at Türk Ekonomi Bankası and later as a Finance Chief at Ünsa Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
In 2003, she joined Aygaz A.Ş., specializing in cash management and treasury. During this period, she was instrumental in restructuring the company's collection systems and executing its first derivative transactions.
In 2011, she was appointed as the manager of the newly established Investor Relations Department. In this expanded role, she took charge of corporate governance, general assembly processes, and board reporting, alongside core investor relations duties. Her key responsibilities included formulating the company's IR strategy, managing relationships with investors, analysts, and all stakeholders, representing the company at investor conferences and roadshows, coordinating annual reports, managing all communication materials—including Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcements—and liaising with capital market institutions.
Selin is also a certified coach, having completed the Co-Active Coaching training programs offered by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and actively participated in the Koç Holding Internal Coaching program.
Selin Sanver Nasuhoğlu was appointed as the Secretary General of the Turkish Investor Relations Society (TUYID) as of July 10, 2023.
