Albert Krespin

Albert Krespin received his Electronical Engineering degree from Bogazici University in 1996 followed by an MBA degree from Koc University in 1998. He started his career the same year at Deutsche Securities Istanbul (formerly Bender Securities) as an analyst. He assumed various roles under Deutsche Securities Research before he moved to the front desk in 2004 to establish the equity derivatives desk. In the meanwhile, he also served as a board member at Bender Asset Management. Krespin headed the derivatives desk until 2012. During his term as the department head, he led the efforts in his firm to establish a warrants and certificates market under Borsa Istanbul. Thanks to these efforts, Deutsche Bank became the first structured products issuer in Turkey in 2010.
He is now the CEO of Deutsche Securities Istanbul and runs the Turkish equity franchise for Deutsche Bank.
