Özge Bulut Maraşlı, is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Project Management in Doğan TV Holding A.Ş. Before assigning to this position in 2012, Bulut Maraşlı, worked as the Vice President of Strategic Planning in Doğan Holding and the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs between 2006 and 2012. Before joining to Dogan Group, between 2003 and 2016, she acted as a consultant to CEO in H.O Sabancı Holding A.Ş. in the fields of strategic planning, M&A, privatization and restructuring of energy projects, food, retail and cement businesses. Özge Bulut Maraşlı, started her business life in finance department in Marsa Kraft, the joint venture company of Sabancı Holding and Kraft Foods International, graduated from Boğaziçi University, department of Economics (BA) in 1993 and has Masters Degree from Sabancı University. Bulut Maraşlı, one of the founding members of TUYID, is also the board member of Istanbul Professional Women’s Network (PWN), member of Corporate Governance Association of Turkey, Global Board Ready Women Network (GBWN) and G20 Young Global Leaders Alumni Association. She is one of the second term mentee of the Intercompany Mentoring Program “Women on Board” held with the cooperation of Praesta Turkey and Forbes.
