Koç Holding Investor Relations Coordinator

Ms. Ilgen, who has approximately 20 years of experience in different areas of capital markets, is now working as Koç Holding Investor Relations Coordinator. Previously, she was Head of Investor Relations for TAV Airports between 2006 and 2018. After graduating from Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Business Administration in 1997, Ms. Ilgen took on various roles in ATA Invest and Is Investment. She took significant responsibilities during the initial public offering of TAV, and established the Investor Relations Department and fulfilled many tasks including various transactions of share sales. She was ranked first in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2020, second in 2009 and 2011, third in 2013, in the category of investor relations officers in Turkey by Extel. She also came second in the Investor Relations category in a similar survey on transportation industry conducted in Europe. She directed the investor relations team that won many awards including investor relations website, financial disclosure and the Best Annual Report in the world. Ms. Ilgen, who possesses Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Capital Markets Board (SPK) Advanced and Corporate Governance Rating licenses, is also a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Istanbul, and board member of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
